1-Day Replacement Policy
We offer a 1-day replacement policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a replacement. To be eligible for a replacement, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Wrong Item Received: Verified via unboxing video.
- Defective or Damaged Item Received: Verified via unboxing video.
Important Notes:
- Unboxing Video is Mandatory: You must provide an unboxing video to initiate a return or replacement.
- No Returns for Size, Quality, or Personal Preferences: Sizes and product details are clearly mentioned in the product description.
- Original Packaging: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
6-Month Free Replacement Policy
All our products are covered under a 6-month replacement policy. If you encounter any issues within 6 months of purchase, you can request a one-time free replacement by sharing your unboxing video with our team.
Terms for 6-Month Replacement Policy:
- A Shipping and Handling Fee of ₹100 will be charged for the replacement. This fee must be prepaid; Cash on Delivery (COD) is not allowed.
- You may choose to return the original product at your own expense or keep it.
How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

- Provide photos, videos, and details of the issue (e.g., damaged or wrong item).
- If eligible, we will initiate a return courier request.
- Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your replacement or issue a store credit.
Note: If a courier partner is unavailable for return pickup in your area, you may need to ship the product back to us at your own expense.
Refunds
We primarily issue refunds as in-store wallet credit (discount code or gift card) for future purchases. Refunds to your bank account via UPI or Net Banking are only issued in exceptional cases, such as:
- Delayed delivery of multiple weeks.
- Repeated receipt of incorrect or damaged items.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 1 day of receiving the product. Provide photos, videos, and a detailed description of the issue for evaluation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or replacements:
- Nepali Rudraksha Range: Due to their sacred nature, these items cannot be returned. However, they are covered under the 6-month replacement policy.
- Premium Range Products: No refunds are issued, but free replacements are available within 6 months.
- Sale Items and Gift Cards: These are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exceptions
- Overpayment to Courier: We are not responsible if you overpay the courier person without verifying the COD amount on the bill.
- Unsuccessful Delivery: For prepaid orders, if the customer is unavailable or delivery fails, refunds will be issued as in-store wallet credit after deducting shipping fees.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the original product and place a new order once the return is approved.
